About the Company

Le Pelican is a French NGO operating in Kabul, Afghanistan with the vision to work for the benefit of vulnerable Afghan children and young women with excellence, honesty, transparency, fairness, discipline, warmth, respect, frugality, security, and care.

Our mission is to lift up poor Afghan children and young women in mind, body, and spirit, that they might have a better future. Our special program includes education through Sign Language by specialists. Families will be welcomed to learn Sign Language in order to give them a better communication with their deaf children.
