About the Company

La Chaine de l’Espoir (LCDE) is a humanitarian association, whose aim is to help the most vulnerable children, their families and their communities, and in particular to: • Provide care in France or abroad for children and mothers who cannot be cared for in their country of origin due to a lack of technical and financial resources and specialized knowledge; • Train local medical personnel in different specialties; carry out transfers of medical technology, equipment and consumable materials in countries where health structures are insufficient; • Promote the development of specialized hospital facilities adapted to local needs; • Contribute to provide medico-social care to vulnerable women and children; offer medical assistance to deprived populations, mainly to mothers and children, including through the acquisition and distribution abroad of medicines as well as health and nutrition products; • Provide humanitarian assistance in the event of conflicts or natural disasters; • Promote access to education for deprived children and women; • Relieve human suffering by all means.
