About the Company
AFRANE (Amitié Franco-Afghane) is a non-profit organisation founded in 1980 to provide humanitarian assistance to communities in Afghanistan. AFRANE has worked in the education sector since 1996. Our goal is to provide an adequate school atmosphere and enhance the standard of education in Afghanistan. Alternatively, We apply a holistic approach which also includes the construction and rehabilitation of schools, the creation of libraries and laboratories, teacher training, school material distribution, etc. In 4 provinces, AFRANE operates only in public schools: Kabul, Bamiyan, Parwan and Nangarhar. More than 670,000 students profit from our acts. AFRANE-supported French teaching is currently conducted in 4 establishments in Charikar and Jalalabad.
