The HR officer responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Manage all HR related operations, identifying workforce gaps, undertaking recruitment, conducting staff appraisals.
Supervise the updating and maintenance of personnel records.
Control attendance reports and preparing monthly payrolls.
Prepare contracts for new employees and short term appointments.
Schedules applicant testing; monitors, scores and records employment tests in area of assignment.
Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and AADA policies and procedures.
Record Leave balance and make copy for Payroll
Establishes, updates and maintains manual and automated filing systems to store and track records/information.
Filling vacancy Announcements, recruitment authorization forms record, Interview assessment forms record and etc.
Keep in track of payrolls submitted to finance.
Keeping track of employee data (vacation, contract status, benefits, salary advances, ID, Business Card and etc.) and ensuring they are up-to-date.
Preparing monthly payrolls for Main office and Sub offices employees, ensuring its correctness.
Maintaining an easy – to – use archive for Resumes and Applications.
Collecting data and preparing reports as or when required by the management.
Developing and maintaining personnel files for all staff, to include updating contact information and
maintaining the privacy of each file.
Establishing and maintaining a database of all employee contracts with start dates, expiration dates and information on starting salary and increases
Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized university
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer skill is essential and must.
Fluent in local languages and strong interpersonal skills in English.
At least two years of relevant working experience.
Ability to work alongside others under stressful conditions in conflict-prone situations
