About the Company

The Aga Khan Health Service, Afghanistan (AKHS, A), an agency of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), is a long-term affiliate of the “Ministry of Public Health, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan” in three provinces (Baghlan, Bamyan and Badakhshan) to implement the “Basic Health Services Package” and the Essential Hospital Service Project (EPHS) in Badakhshan and Bamyan. In Bamyan, Badakhshan and Baghlan, AKHS-A is introducing three Midwifery Education School Groups each.
